The Tri-State area’s oldest and largest rug and carpet cleaning company engaged MSCO to update their messaging and branding and to coordinate their advertising strategy. As the first step, we created a new, luxurious logo to match Rug Renovating’s premium services. We then introduced this new brand to the world at a VIP event for interior designers, bringing heavy users into Rug Renovating’s sales funnel. Our broader strategy followed with ROI driven advertising initiatives for both the company’s existing customer database as well as outreach to the affluent homeowner. Advertising channels we used to reach both audiences included direct mail, magazine ads, eblasts, banner ads and Google AdWords.
