In business since 1983, this Westchester Carpet One affiliate looked to MSCO for marketing consulting as they opened a new high-end showroom in Elmsford, NY. Our strategy revolved around a VIP grand opening event introducing the new brand, which was sponsored by New York Cottages & Gardens. We also invited existing customers to have a first look at the new location. From there, TF Andrew made a splash in the Westchester market with local TV advertising and a Google AdWords campaign focused on high quality flooring. In the weeks following the launch of the marketing blitz, in-store traffic is up and remarketing efforts have maximized revenue from new and existing customers.
